Information received by email
We use inquiry details only to answer the request, assess whether the service is a fit, prepare a written recommendation, and arrange a pilot if requested. We do not sell inquiry information.
Information in a missed-call pilot
A pilot may process the caller's phone number, call identifier, delivery status, and the text the caller voluntarily sends. The founding workflow is designed to avoid recording calls and to keep message content out of diagnostic logs.
Account ownership and service providers
The participating business owns its communications account and approves the message wording. Twilio processes calls and messages as the communications provider, subject to its own terms and privacy practices. York Call Automation uses access only for the setup and support authorized by the participating business.
Retention and access
- Pilot reports should contain only the minimum information needed to count calls, deliveries, replies, and qualified opportunities.
- Access should be limited to the participating business and the person supporting its approved workflow.
- Temporary pilot records should be deleted or returned after the pilot unless the business asks to continue and agrees to a retention period.
Choices
Callers can reply STOP to opt out of further automated messages from the Twilio number. A business can request correction or deletion of pilot information by contacting York Call Automation.
Contact
Questions about this policy or a pilot can be sent to yorkcallautomation@gmail.com.
The workflow remains a limited founding pilot until carrier compatibility, account eligibility, consent language, opt-out handling, and data access are tested with the participating business.
